Animated Logo Previz

For my animated logo, I wanted to work with a company logo that I cared about. I chose to do the logo of Top of the Mornin coffee, a coffee brand created by an Irish YouTuber that I have watched for years. The brand logo is shown below.

I want the animation to involve pouring the coffee out of the mug to fill up the letters. I found two animations that demonstrate this process in a way that seems like I can replicate it. The first is a GIF of a liquid being poured on to the ground, which seems like it uses an effect or mask. The second is a video of a liquid text reveal tutorial, which I am hoping to try and follow.

Finally, I wanted to animate the sun in the logo. I found a cute GIF of a sun that I can easily replicate and adjust for the final animation.
