Animated Poster WIP

I am working on animating an anime poster. The anime is called Dr. Stone and the rough premise of the show is that everyone on Earth is turned into stone statues, and then a science prodigy breaks out of the stone after a few millennia. The anime poster with the main character on it that I plan on animating is shown below.

The elements of the poster that I plan to animate are the stone fragments that surround the main character, as well as the two pieces of hair that fall in front of his face. I want to make the stone fragments move away from him as if they were flying away from him. I also want the hair pieces to sway up and down like there is wind. I was interested in playing with the light that is reflected off the Erlenmeyer flask that the main character holds, making the light expand and contract.
