Time to build: creating assets - 2 hrs; building the set - 10 min

Time to animate: 1 hr 30 min

Problems encountered: I found it hard to keep everything lined up with the previous frames. Whenever I tried to move an asset to animate it, the backgrounds or other assets would also move. This became very frustrating and resulted in the animation having an almost "shaky" quality to it.

Aha moment: Towards the beginning of the animation process, I started putting sticky tack to most of my free-standing elements to both make them level in height as well as secure them in place. For the most part, this worked and even allowed me to experiment with having assets appear from under/behind other assets.

If I animated this again I would: place tape where the outside edges of the frame is to help everything stay lined up and secure every asset I use with sticky tack, even the backgrounds.
